FL is the direct approach type, someone who will beat your sorry ass for doing stupid sh*ts. While the ML is the manipulative type, who acts innocent and docile but is a scheming behind the scene. Probably a yandere who can stab you in the back.

There are times when the jokes and expressions are not funny, like they feel out of place and don't match the atmosphere. I don't know how to feel about this story. The MC is not that smart, but sometimes he does incredible things. I also don't understand his standpoint and beliefs as they are contradictory. He is living in the Murim world, where strength is valued above all else. I would have felt sympathetic if the story emphasized that power is being used to bully the weak instead of protecting them, or if there was corruption, but there isn't. It's like the MC is half-assing things, and then when he's about to die, he suddenly becomes overpowered. It feels like I'm reading a reversed isekai/reincarnated/rebirth story, but with a male protagonist instead of a female. The MC doesn't have any support, with a deceased mother, a cold yet supportive father, tsundere brothers, and the MC wanting to run away from home while also acting cute and docile. In short, it's not very original and way too predictable, but for now, I'll give it 3 stars. I'll update it once I see any progress (current ch 35)

It's weird how people hate the story. And yet, still continues on reading it come on people choose. It's either your cup of tea or not. The ML is sadistic and possessive but not yet insanely ridiculous as to kill the MC with his ridiculous dingdong. Ofcourse, there are some scenes where you can't help but raise an eyebrow (like bruh!) but this is not a reality. Always tell that to yourself when you think of an intrusive thoughts. Your either go to jail or hospital for overdoing sh*t.
You know, I don't hate the story in itself, just Jaekyung and I'm still reading it hoping he will die in the next chapter . (For real, I don't really know why I'm still reading it, maybe because I want to see how the author is going to make me like him or tolerate him at some point ? Well, we will see
I didn't comment on this to defend the ML's actions. Of course, most of the time, he's in the wrong, but if you're reading BL, there are a lot of stories worse than this. I don't freaking complain about each darn crappy piece of work because it would be a waste of time and incredibly exhausting. It's like fostering hate in your mind while reading, just because you want the ML to suffer a gruesome death in the end. Like, is your mental health still fine? What's the difference between you and him? You're no saint, bruh! Don't go washing your hands of it, saying, 'At least I'm not him,' because I'll be calling you a hypocrite.

This isn't the most awful story like other yaois but it doesn't mean that the ml isnt bad. He is, it's not the worst but the most realistic if you think about it. A person CAN be this way so that's what makes readers upset. My thinking is, "So like.... Is he gonna change?"
