Yooo spoiling myself was a good idea..i read the other comments and read that MC's brother (in reality is not her blood related brother) so he had a crush on her and was arranged to be married to her.
Ngl i kinda saw it coming...like if we've got chaps like 34 where she hugs him and pulls him into the bed..that was soo..wtf. So i sensed some incesty vibes, but i thought it was the mc trying to push those vibes into her younger brother, not the other way around.
And if im being honest im disappointed with the direction the story went in cuz it made me drop it. I really liked how it was portrayed the love she had for her family and how willingly capable was she to take any meassures to protect them. Especially to her brother, a number of times she talked about how she loved her brother (only him, without mentioning the rest of her family). And i took that as if it was refreshingly highliting a sibling bond not shown before, but now i know the truth *sigh *
Wait i thought it w as finished with the mc giving brith and her og daughter reincarnating in that baby's body...now you are telling me there's more chapsss omggg in gonna loose it

Update:i finally read it...ir took binge reading it all night but i finally took it out of my TBR.
And i know really understand why it's praised so much. I loved all of it, the characters, the angst, the gloomy and profound themes. I would've been devastated if we didnt get a good ending for philippa and collin but now i can be at peace. Im a little sad that it doesnt mention that lilly kept in contact w collin, meaning that she probably doesnt know philippa reincarnated.
First an d foremost i loved the feminist themes it carried all throughout the story..and i did not expect the lesbian romance. I just gotta sat the gays always die..RIP to shirley that..
But this will be a mabhwa i' ll never forget
