This is good.
I say this from an unbiased point of view. It brings to light the ever discussed topic of the lack of black and white in modern society, and it's endless shades of grey. A lot of pedophiles are child victims, and while this does not make it okay, nor forgivable, understanding someone is not the same as approving their actions.
I understand them. I understand the pain that has led to their actions. Their trauma, their fears, their desperate clinging onto the idea that they are okay, because the opposite reality is 10x scarier than they are to eachother. I understand them and the mangaka allowed me to understand them, and I think that's wonderful.
This manga did not romanticise pedophila like some people here are saying. It showed that it was ugly, that it ruined lives and turned them inside out. It showed that the scars were permanent and painful to bear, and sometimes you couldn't bare them. It was raw and it hurt to read; I cried and I grimanced; I asked why and I answered my own question with another question.
Is this what the world looks like?

Why do y'all hate romance so much? Romance can enhance the plot x100 if done properly, and only messes up the plot when it becomes a focus. The author looks like they have a solid plot going here, it doesn't look like they'll need romance to plug any holes. Plus, everyone deserves a chance at love if they want it.

I am aware that romance can sometimes mess up plots, and I am weary of it myself, but you best believe this particular story is true to its tags. I've read the ln. The romance isn't overbearing or an important plot point, because the story is already solid enough without it. You can even ignore it very easily if you want to.

I never said I had problems with that new girl I was explaining for other people, but for me it ain't that bad cuz she not "A RANDOM ",what I mean is she and him were friends as inferred by flashbacks, but if I see some random chick come out nowhere with no former connection to mc or isn't a fl........then sis need to GO!!!!!!!! (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸

Slight spoiler, everyone who doesn't want spoiler on solo levelling don't not open this and complain later
RIGHT- OH GOD FINALLY SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY FEELS THE SAME AS ME!!!
And actually, when the protagonist was asked if he want to turn back time but he's the only one who has power, well, kinda disappointed, I'd prefer he didn't but well, the author is living up the title real hard

Y'all don't trust anyone too nice huh T_T. I don't think Haron is gonna do anything bad, he seems like the typical side love interest, ya know the ones who's been in love with the FL since childhood but never wins. Except this time he probably will win. Plus he's the only love interest on the cover. That's pretty much a spoiler in its own right.
Breakdown from what I've learnt:
1. I honest to god cannot hold the Emperor to the standard of human morals such as right or wrong. It doesn't mean what he did is right, but I can't say he's evil either. Dragons don't think like others do. Just like how an animal who is in pain will blindly slaughter those around it as it struggles to be freed, he clings to the idea that he will finally be relieved if he follows the empress' prophecy. He is literally no better than a beast who can talk and breath fire. I'm ashamed to say I cried when I heard of his suffering in the past.
2. Kayne uwu
3. The Empress isn't a bad person. She needed help, he wanted to die, so she thought it worked out. I don't think she factored in the fact his brain doesn't work like a human's.
