I ignored all the comments bc the art was nice but when there's SOOO many ppl saying it's not good, you should listen. It's only fresh if you're new to the genre. It's painfully clear that every other character only exists to make the MC look good. You're either a cheerleader or a stepping stone. The author doesn't even care about the MC's character development. That's why the story feels shallow and lacking. Other stories that also do this at least make their protag have an interesting quirk or motivation. What a waste of good art! What a crime!!!

My favorite slice of life is Natsume Yuujinchou aka Natsume's book of friends. Deeply heartfelt, nostalgic and major Ghibli vibes. The anime follows the series exactly which is amazing!
