That reads these stories as if there real? Like somewhere in some random galaxy in the universe worlds like this truly exist? Am I the only one that doesn’t force this worlds views onto the stories/characters?? Though I have come across manga/manwha etc where the “annoying girl” was so bad, I just dropped it w/o announcing it. I still understand the reason for the annoying characters b/c not every story can be a smooth fluff filled slice of life… most importantly those type of people actually exist in OUR world right now, there power just happens to be money not Qi. I’m not the biggest fan or hater of harems, it just is what it is. People naturally gravitate toward to powerful so they are safe. I’m sure when all our own ancestors were hunter/gathers harems were the norm, so you could eat, protect your family etc. Breaking a promise really sucks… but it happens all the time in our world. And let s be honest it was a naive promise made by a kid that was impossible to keep to begin with. Just my opinion!! anyway, maybe I’m cray cray and my imagination is too wild. Stories have never been just stories to me, there actual universe’s. Anyway I’m rambling, I apologize. Sorry to all the folks disappointed and dropping this one, hope you can find better stories that fit your ideals and expectations!!! Truly!!

Man y’all hate on pink hair too much IMO! I mean I see your point, BUT this is an actual couple, with mutual feelings of care and respect. She is not some toxic bitch tricking and manipulating him at every turn, during there very first encounter she pushed him out of harms way TWICE! Fully willing to take the hit even die for him.. a stranger caught in crossfire of her problem. That speaks volumes of her character and definitely someone worth having around. It’s mentioned multiple… MULTIPLE times how her cheery, chatty personality is very comforting to our ML, classic opposites attract. Having not read the novel idk why he is so withdrawn in his self, maybe just classic introvert. Either way she makes all these dungeon runs etc a way more pleasant experience for him. It would be more helpful to her in the long run if she ran or snuck in with skeletons and practiced her moves etc. but that the extent of my “gripe” with her. Other than that we have 2 mutually consenting adults with no toxicity or foul play, running around killing demons together. Hell she has never once even doubted or insulted him quite the opposite. Anywho if I were born in a world like this I’d be happy with either role, carrying someone or being carried if it paired with genuine compatibility. /end ramble!
