were these characters featured in the prequel or just the adaptation? i want to know if i should also read all about lust before reading this one.
The main character (Hyunchul) is newly introduced in the adaptation while his lover is a side character in the prequel. He’s also brothers with Beomchul who is a main character in All About Lust season 2. I think it would be ok for u to read this just as a standalone story without having to read AAL prior!
it’s not necessary to read All about lust before this one (you can even read it after tbh) but i would recommend you do just because it’s a great story with very lovable characters!! btw this manhwa has 7 chapters left, in case you want to wait until it’s finished to read it

Its not shocking that dan became sucidal after going through all that abuse, going back to his home town where he'll just end up seeing the people he care about die because he works at a hospital and all of them are old, having to worry about his grandma, scared that JK will find him, trouble sleeping or focusing, and starting to drink alcohol. And that's just the short version of what he's going through i feel so bad for him, he seemed to enjoy seeing his friends but that ended up with JK finding him even if his friends had good intentions.
