Not that similar if you’re talking abt the storyline and the feelings it brings afterward, but when someone asks for a yaoi manga with BDSM theme, good drawing, excellent plots, I would highly recommend Momentum. It did make me loose blood, and by loosing blood, I mean a loooot of blood (BDSM eps are Therapist, Banker, Trainer, but the others are all masterpieces)
And for the BDSM parts, you can start from chapter 26 onward I dont know if you might already read the story or not though
