should I read this? I've already read a few chapters but lost motivation bc it seems like a slow burn and, not much action was happening. I want to give it another chance but I'm not sure if it's worth it...
You should give it a chance, but yes it's not full of action. But that's not slow either. The last chapter are being intense too !
I personally love slow burns so I’m biased but this is my favorite piece to read at the moment. The yuyang is a complete badass but still has relatable and kind quality’s, lihuan is very sweet and understanding, but also sometimes a complete mystery, lol but at their times he’s too blunt, either way the plot is fantastic, the characters a amazing, and this is also a personal opinion but the art style is gorgeous! Obviously this is all opinions and perhaps what I have said is all stuff you hate but I highly recommend this piece.
Yes, it's really slow paced. But it's a wonderful piece, because it keeps you enetertainend. I think personnaly these kind of works are masterpieces, because in Action you know you get action, in Sci-Fi you get Sci-fi, Fantsy etc but a work without a certain story line could get boring very fast. So the Author is taking the risk of losing many readers. So I think it is awsome that someone can make something slow paced/
