I'm kinda over hating hyesung and now i just think he's stupidly (and frustratingly) cute, like, I can't be bothered hating him bc I just hope he can learn to take dojin's feelings into consideration one day lolol
I'm not at the point of dismissing his past and persistent present behavior, but i'll admit that i want them happy together because they are pretty cute together and also because he's what Dojin wants and i want him happy after all this.
yeah, I loathed him for his incredible selfishness and inconsideration for almost the entirety of this manhwa, believing that no character development could justify his actions. But now I don't really care too much and just want some progression between the pair

basically, jiwon's first love and first boyfriend cheated on him and when confronted, told jiwon that they're relationship was, essentially, meaningless. Jiwon has a nightmare about this in a couple chapters, and... that's whyyyy he's afffiraaaaid to looooove agaiiinnn
Oh ok...well that’s actually quite good to hear in DG’s place cuz I feel like DG is the kinda person who would marry the first person they’re truly in love with. And maybe also the seme has those kind of thoughts as well but can’t really go for it since he’s been heartbroken and mistreated

Sometimes people forget when they’re not incredibly invested in the story and refer to them as what people can identify him as. It probably wasn’t meant to dehumanise him or anything. Even though he’s fictional...
Fair enough, but there are lots of people who can't abide the whole uke/seme stereotypes and calling a character by such terms is a bit dehumanising. We do know their names, and even if you can't recall them, there are more personal traits to identify someone with, which aren't as problematic.

The best thing about baby DG is that he is strong, understanding, caring, and kind. He will be hurt but he will be OK and find a way to get himself through this. I also like how he's honest with himself. He knows what a chance with Alex was worth to him, he knows he wanted Alex more than anything, and now he has to decide if alex is worth it. extra hugs to DG (and some for you toooo)
I agree, DG is made of pure steel, especially how he can bounce back from tough occurrences, I just dislike his tendency of never putting himself first, opening himself to be abused, and then just accepting it
