It's gotta be tsukasa y'all. Hanako's eyes have shadows (pupils?) attached to the top of the iris while tsukasa has visible pupils in the middle, just like the cat. If we get a colored version and the eyes are yellow, it's basically confirmed. Maybe that's the real tsukasa that the clock keepers took away from the og timeline by making that contract and turning him into a cat, so the entity in the house took hanako instead

Ml is like a big scary dog that can kill to protect but is surprisingly naive in the other aspects of the world. Kinda reminds me of violet evergarden but in a much more endearing way
