I'm not usually one to rag on an art style but seriously it’s UGLY. The expressions are horrendous even during the sex scenes, the bottom continuously looks ugly as fuck bc of how the artist draws his mouth (it’s not even just the pointy teeth, it’s how they draw the lips as well) and the seme is drawn in such a way that his “beauty” is comically cringe as opposed to actually good to look at. I understand that this art style is geared more towards comedy, but honestly I feel like this style + explicit sex = bad.
Anyway, I usually love power bottoms, but this guy is way too reactive personality wise and just sucks.
Not sure if it’s the janky translation or if the manga itself was written weirdly, but everything here is honestly rather confusing
Watching the art style change over time to be way different was really interesting. Before the characters were more sketchy-style “realisic” and manly, but as the artist changed their style over time to cuter, more rounded characters with bigger eyes. I always find the evolution of other’s art to be really interesting.
I donno what it is about mangas like this one, but I tend to bend my usual “dubcon makes me feel icky” rule for mangas like this.
HOWEVER. I really really want the switch to top at least once — and for the dom to not try and dominate the switch during it. But as we all know that will not happen in a manga like this. Sigh. A girl can dream.
