How does someone discard a whole fucking season of seungho x nakyum interaction with the author ramming that Seungho changed to let’s pair Nakyum with the random dude he never met and squeeze in a romance between Nakyum and his assassin to be?

It's like we didn't have season 1 at all and the author really must be fooling us with pretending Seungho is the MC and we spent all this time reading about Seungho and Nakyum because ... plot twist, a random dude just shows up and there is this whole new plot that he is secretly a good guy who will kidnap Nakyum, go through all the arc of falling in love with him, making Nakyum fall in love with him back, Nakyum will just have consensual sex with the next guy who kidnaps him just that logic will be squeezed in and Seungho will actually be pushed into being the side character because truly the random hot character is meant to be Nakyum's true lover.... all that based on a shot of his face. Makes sense.

Ok, but you know being the “main couple” doesn’t always mean they’ll end up together. It is a bit far fetched that this new guy is the real ML. The author did say that Seungho and Nakyum will be happy in their own way, which sounds ambiguous.

Well, it seems you missed the entire storm going on in the back. Yeah, it’s how they act, but each character has their own motives and complexities, they’re not exactly black and white. And before you say, ‘well that doesn’t excuse all the rape and stuff’, yeah, it does not. Just saying the characters are not as one dimensional as you say. There actually has been character development, though it’s mostly on SH’s part. But if you miss out on the subtler details, ofc it’s not gonna be as interesting!
