Start listing things you have in your life and the thing you have that others do not. Take deep breathes go outside and take a walk and really think this though. This isn't a need this is a choice, there are people i've met who had abusive parents and after they go though they try to live the best life as they can because before they can not. Life might not be good not but you don't know what would happen if you were to live to see the future.
