I find this story really interesting and compelling. I don’t enjoy the smut at all, since it’s just work and that’s how I see it. It’s a unique story telling the journey of a girl becoming a sex worker to a rich wife. It’s fleshed out very well in terms of the main character. Side characters not so much, ex. Maria. It gives me the same feeling a documentary would, just in a different format which can make it more digestible.
I liked their photo. It was like a fairy princess being escorted by her gangster boyfriend lol
It’s really just all that ends well for some of them but not all of them. It’s pretty bittersweet but realistic how it shows that the ones with traumatic and abusive memories never really got over them and probably won’t. Even though there might be someone else who unconditionally loves you and wants to help, there’s a limit to what it can do for you. And that to make it work, the relationship usually requires someone be self sacrificing or giving in to the other.
I personally like the way the story ended. To me, it wasn’t expected. Usually stories like these end with romance forced between the primary protagonists. It’s also interesting how the story approached dealing with his trauma. People usually don’t get the convenience of forgetting and living it again properly. It’s kind of bittersweet. While you might think that it makes all that he went through for nothing, maybe they can be happier like that. It’s not typical and that’s what makes it interesting.

It seems like Seyoung can feel that Heejae might like him, but he just can’t rationalize how Heejae COULD even like him. It does make sense due to his trauma and everything that’s happened between them.
Also when is Seyoung gonna reveal the original conflict between them when he was the guild leader. I feel like Heejae needs to know how severely it impacted Seyoung for their relationship to progress or work. It’s really sad how the game was the one solace in his shitty life and Heejae ruined that for him.
Can someone tell me what happened to Yvonne and what is this original Penelope people are mentioning? Does the original Penelope get a happier ending too? Also what happened with the MCs real family in the end?

(Please go and read the novel i don't want to spoil how Penelope came to meet Yvonne since it's one of the most amazing chapters and is better when you read it while being clueless, it's worth it) but her family is shocked upon hearing her coming back, the person who was the closest to her was Derick while papa the duke and pinky pie were defensive, even fights occur between them since she's kind of an important evil person that the empire is searching for, but yeah she manipulates everyone but Emily was of a great help dealing win that nasty witch
