Try Studystream site or sites similar to it if shaming works for you lol. You can just keep your camera off if you wanna be private about it. If you're bad at focusing, have short attention span, use pomodoro technique. It helped me a lot. Don't mind me if it was just a rhetorical question of sorts

whats your worse redflag?
For me, I try to avoid confrontation. I get so exhausted fighting or arguing. Sometimes even if I am not at fault, I just accept it as my mistake to stop the fight or argument. I am definitely working on that.

I think you should take professional help. This type of depression is very hard to detect and harder to solve just by having conversations. I hope you try to have a talk with him so that he will agree to atleast have one session with a professional atleast. Sometimes just acknowledging having issue helps. Hope he can take that one small first step.......

Help finding a Manhwa

Can Please anyone find me the name of this manhwa. It was a thriller Shonenai one. One of the main characters is a writer and he is unable to sleep I think due to ghosts. He had huge dark circles under eyes. And there is his neighbour also who is Seme/uke I don't remember. But the ghosts disappear when they're together. And this writer takes help from him to finish his writing cause no ghosts. It was a cute story not really completely thriller. And the title has the name of one of the characters.
