Had to ask
Mix of both. Half the ones I leave are manhuas which ofcourse takes years to update/finish. The mangas I let marinate keep extending over volumes so I don't feel guilty about them too. Some manhwas thou, I forget completely cause I am not a huge manhwa fan. So I come back ages later to find it was already completed but I can't really start quickly.......

Comments switching up every few chapters
Can't say exact scenario. But Seen it happen a lot of times. People start rating and judging a story based on 10 chapters. I have seen many of the people actually on 50th chapter saying *oh I judged bad*. "I judged too quick" or just completely switching sides. Please have some patience, it might help to just stick around until a few more to see ho......
