okay this still makes me see red. Like Kyoko had no obligation to satisfy sho and agree to that deal 'the waitress thing' .. Out of the whole series (and as much as i love the cainxsetsu scene) this is where i feel the manga started losing my interests and repeating and well straying from the main plot progression too much.... anyway i get my own little mini demons like kyoko here, like she still totally lets him do whatever he wants its infurating... only redemption for this is when they do fall in love she just blows sho off and screws his promise over I'd LOVE that, sadly it'll probably turn into a 'Corn'y situation that doesnt actually involve 'ren' but a different persona.. the actual person so itll be invalid . . . .i'd be soo much happier if she just flicked him off and hold no merit to anything sho says or does.
I hope she just ignores it. It would make her look foolish to honor a promise to a guy who looked down on her and continues to force himself on her and in her life. That he knows she ignores his calls shows that he has been calling her repeatedly knowing she wants nothing to do with him. And when that doesn't work he is now physically hunting her down like some stalker. It doesn't matter if he feels honest concern. If she wants to avoid him its her life and she should be allowed that. It used to be that I would be okay with them ending up friends but now I want her to completely blow him off. Like go full on bitch mode on him. With how much he disrespects her he has it coming.
Pretty sure she's going to throw it right back in his face saying she was his maid practically the entire time they were in Tokyo, because she was. I hope she doesn't let that pride of her get in the way...
On another note, I think the Ren/Corn/KuonxKyoko relationship might end badly. Ren has to reveal his past and after hearing about her mother's predicament, it may sway her away from the potential romance. And if it doesn't, her mother can access the information and tell her daughter there are all sorts of red flags. I mean, if Kuon was indeed supposed to be held responsible for murder (I don't think he is) or as a suspect, the US has a time limit for which he should be arrested; this time period may be coming to an end.
He would have to take care of all of that before his future could move forward.
After making readers wait and teasing them for over 200 chapters she has no choice but to end it well.
