Well, in short...
The Fl and Ml obviously end up together, they are both virgin and take each other's 1st time.
The blonde girl competes for a while for ML's attention but after seeing that he really loves Fl , gives up. Later on she also becomes friends with Fl and pushes her to confess.
The Dorothea girl stays in Perez to teach children, she's not interested in ML at all and also becomes friends with Fl, she disobeys her father and Fl eventually helps out regarding father issues. Also she starts having a relationship with Asha's male friend (I forgot his name)
About the empire
Perez is constantly invaded by the barbarians, high priest sponsors them, he falls for Fl, but he's then either banished or executed when the treason comes to public knowledge. He also practiced black magic to make monsters/etc appear in Perez and to harm the Fl/ML
The emperor dies(killed by empress and high priest as I understood), while the Ml is not in capital the other brother becomes the emperor. ML then rushes to the capital to take back the throne, but at the same time Perez was attacked, so he rushes back realizing he loves the FL(more than his throne).
He takes the throne after (bro/mother get killed) and everyone pushes him to choose a new wife to be empress. He then stays loyal to Asha and says that she's his only wife etc etc.
They confess to each other(he thought she didn't like him even though they had snusnu, so he's very hesitant in terms of letting her know he loves her) and that's probably it.

The major question is, if the dad was able to manipulate Rene to do what she's told to do, why couldn't he do the same to Irene? She's easily bendable as well lol, has no will and did what the father wanted. Why not use her? You raised her so long just to discard of her, what's the point of it? it's easier to fake an "death by accident plot" and kill her if that's what the father's after, why take so long to kill her, even getting her a husband to do that for you?
I mean if you've got the resource - use it, otherwise he's just super dumb.
Also I don't get why the father is so against Irene getting the cp/royal bloodline, maybe she could be the Empress instead and get what he wanted from the other sister.

From what I can understand,Aina has something like a god identity, something like a double personality. One of the personalities is actually a god ( Golden)and that is the reason she was being treated that way in her village. But she also has a human identity,where she wants to be like a normal human and have love and family. Because of that , she escapes the village and goes with the first king and I believe that's where the tragedy begins. Ayna and the first king fall in love with each other and because of that , the god identity, offers the king Three wishes. The king uses the first wish to marry Ayna. The god identity also makes a prophecy of some sort that the children that Ayna will have will one day kill her. Because of this , the king is very reluctant to have children but Ayna wishes for a family made of blood more than anything, it's almost like an obsession.They end up having three children and for many reasons, the firstborn hates the mother and wishes to kill her, while the second child is very timid.The king then makes his second wish to Golden, and he wishes for the perfect heir among his son's, who doesn't lack anything and as a price all other children will have to be sacrificed for a perfect heir. The second son is chosen and as a result , all other heirs die. This is the curse and blessing that is now inherited in the royal family
