i love this so much omg so good and sweet! The only thing I wish we could have had would've been some sort of closure regarding his family, but that's just me thirsting to see some remorse from the brother and sister who were absolute assholes. Ugh!!

They did that in the drama and freaking pissed me off. The parents and brother (no sister in the drama) are like "oh, we never wanted to alienate you, u misunderstood us blah blah" and then they hug and kiss and all is well. And that 5 min scene kinda ruined the drama for me. Because these mfs expect a 6 yr old kid who lost his entire family to be "understanding" and "adjust into the new family" while their son is acting like an ass and the parents are either ignorant or negligent of the ongoing emotional abuse.
I prefer that he never got closure of his other family, because at best they were like a foster family who raised him for 18 yrs because that was their duty and have no other connection with him. Or maybe the fact he accepts that will never get an apology or closure, is in fact, the closure that he needs.
