also i do empathize with the old man. it's one of those situations where you wish you could keep the child, but unless you've been in that situation yourself your judgment will just be based on limited understanding. I hope that the letter will be full of good news but what if it's a notification of death or smth? ahhhh I want everyone to be happy but I also appreciate these scenes so much <3 This whole story is amazing.
I'm hoping it's good news too. I think it'll be very healing for Sung Ho to see that not all parents who put their children up for adoption are bad people.
