I kinda feel bad for the seme despite the fact he forcefully kissed him
I don’t care whether the uke has bad experiences or not, if you call sb gross, disgusting and shame them at school whether they’re homosexual or not, you’re a shitty person. Not only he’s a jerk, he’s ignorant for thinking he acted like that because ‘he likes his face’ he was the one who started being mean to the seme and yet he really has no idea why he treats him like that. On top of that, he gets mad because he is ‘friendly’ with others (even tho he’s not really) after him being mean to him calling him gross and disgusting. If you’re gonna treat sb who likes you, they’re gonna give up and move on eventually because they can’t keep getting called gross and disgusting forever

This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion, but despite the fact that the alpha is disliked a lot, he’s the only one actually doing something in the story and make some little progression to happen. First of all, the emotional development in the alpha is a mystery. Does he love the omeg? Is he in love with him? The only reference to how the characters feel, is just making expressions and some flashbacks but the characters aren’t relatable at all. Not to mention the other characters just make expressions, but the alpha is the only one progressing the story. The omega just goes with the flow, doesn’t think about anything new, doesn’t have any idea to do anything and lets other people decide that(and makes expressions) Fuji’s role is more understandable in flashbacks rather than his current self and the only progressive move he’s made, is changing workplaces. The alpha? He’s the only one making evil plans, or trying to change the other characters’ thoughts. He’s the only one doing actions rather than appearing in flashbacks and making expressions. If I were to find the similarities between this manga and a company, it’s like a company where everyone is playing around and there’s only one employee who actually works
I appreciate the art, but i’m not satisfied with story and characters’ development AT ALL. the execution is just…

This manga is beautiful. I specially enjoyed the fact that the feminine character wasn’t a bottom. This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion, but thinking about it realistically, there isn’t any ‘rule’ that men/women should act or dress like this, that’s something made by the society but that’s just it which is made just for one reason: women look better in those clothes which still I don’t agree with and people should be able to wear whatever they want or act the way they want. I don’t think wearing feminine clothes, being short or more elegant, has anything to do with being top or bottom. I’m not a male, but I can assure that what is common in yaoi, isn’t always the truth irl. I know it’s depressing for some people, but you have to know the bitter truth: gay people aren’t always what they’re portrayed as in yaoi.
However if you really don’t find males who wear feminine clothes attractive, we can’t do anything about your preference, it’s nothing more or less, but you also have to acknowledge the fact that not everything happening in this world is according to your preferences.

"Gay people aren’t always what they’re portrayed as in yaoi"... This phrase is not exactly correct. It should be "Gay people are almost never the way they are portrayed in Yaoi. Most homosexual couples are actually flex and even when they do have their preferences, it is definetly not based on "whoever looks more like a woman".
Actually, Yaoi targets women, so most of its relationships have patterns more commonly seen in straight couples.
I don't think it is wrong for us women to like Yaoi.
But to keep staring at real gay couples walking on the streets or start fights setting RULES for adequate top/bottom behaviour is actually VERY VERY WRONG. Fujoshis some times act like they actually OWN male-male couples. Other bad thing is throwing hate ate female characters. And the worst fujoshi shit-like behaviour is to forgive rape.

I enjoyed the manga
The artstyle and characters were cute (however i didn’t understand why he didn’t accept him the first time he confessed, even though he loved him too)
Moreover it wasn’t one of those ‘rape to love’ mangas
( some small criticism ahead,I know it’s fiction but I just have to say it)
If you want to bring women and females into a story which is mostly about men, it’s way better to at least do it correctly
He kept saying ‘turn into hayate’s women’ and ‘i’m going to be the women’ and it didn’t feel comfortable because it makes women sound like some sex tolls, or sex position and overall I don’t understand what’s the deal with being a ‘woman’ in the manga
Another problem with bringing women into the story (although this manga didn’t show it that much, but it’s super common in other mangas), is the fact that all of them are basic sluts who have nothing to do than trying to fuck with guys or talk about how hot they are
Let’s be honest, no real woman does something like that, or maybe a few, but not all the females at the workplace or school. Specially in a country such as Japan where people are extremely shy

Hey, sorry I know this is an old comment but I just want to share my opinion in case you still feel this way about the manga.
I don’t think the author or the MC meant to refer to women as sex toys or fetisherise/degrade them in any way. Because Hayate has only dated women until that point, Takashi felt like he’s being treated the same way as all of his ex girlfriends. You know, all the things about being a gentleman, doing nice stuff, saying nice words, yada yada. Even though it’s common sense between lovers regardless of gender, some gay men actually have problem with being treated as a woman in a relationship. They want to be “equal” and not viewed as something tender and fragile. Hayate confesse-se himself that he had no idea how it is to be in a same sex relationship, so he treated Takashi the only way he knows, unknowingly triggered the insecurity in Takashi. On the other hand, Takashi still wasn’t fully clear about Hayate’s feeling at that point, so hewas afraid that if Hayate sees him as another female partner, he will be rejected once Hayate realises that Takashi’s a man and that he prefers women after all.
I don’t feel bad for the alpha tho, also the Sumi. Both of them chose it by themselves. But the alpha clearly was aware that maybe Sumi doesn’t really like him and just wants to use him as a replacement or ‘guardian’ but he still bit him
