Idk Gozu's age so he could be like 30+ so he's just referring to Eve as a kid cause 18-20 years old is young for a 30+ year old. I just want him to be of age, I started reading this a few years back when I was a like 16 so I didn't really care for the age gap but now that I'm almost 20 I could never see anyone under 18 or even freshly 18 as a love interest. Idk I guess I'm just mixing fiction with reality too much but it does throw me off now. I just hope he's at least 18. They got a super duper cute dynamic but I will have an issue with them if he is under 18 especially since Gozu is the main purser of their relationship.

Pretty sure he is at least 18, I’m sure it implied why eve is so small, but that’s 100+ chapter you’d have to look through to find the reason again. Others have also mentioned that eve has said he’s able to drink alcohol, which I did remember when they had that alcohol drinking contest.
But also, if you just look at the authors other works, the author has always been into small top x buff bottom. It wouldn’t make sense to change his appearance cause that’s not the type of dynamic they wanted. They only showed a glimpse of the game version, which isn’t actually relevant. You can see that there’s changes to the game as well. Either way, the author likes pretty petite tops, so for anyone who’s hoping he’ll suddenly turn buff , should just go find another story. I knew it was going to come to this I should've stopped reading awhile back but I was holding onto some hope it wouldn't lead to rape. It was obviously going to happen but the art and story was so good I was praying the author would go to a different route :( I mean the sex before wasn't exactly ideal either but this is just blatant rape and I can't read it :/ I'll probably come back to see how it ends, and I hope that the author will make a, less rapey tragic, story next
Also I know that the MC literally tried to kill him so it might be justified for some people. But he was also justified in killing him as he murdered his entire family. And rape, for me, is just the worst must horrific thing you can do to someone equal to torture. I would rather be killed then to be tortured or raped. So personally I draw a line with blatant rape, dub-con I can deal with, actual rape I can't.
I couldn’t have said it better myself. Like I get he wasn’t just going to let him off with no consequences, especially because he tried to murder him, but rape?? Does he have no empathy or at the very least sympathy for poor Yeonjo? The flashbacks were showing how he was appalled at himself that he was murdering with no remorse, especially his childhood friend, but now he has no qualms with raping someone he was supposed to be falling in love with? Instead of putting him out of his misery, he instead wants to prolong it and make his everyday a living hell, like it wasn’t already before. Like I get this will most definitely have a tragic end, but I assume we have a looot left in the story still, and I assume yeonjo and the seme’s relationship still has some room for development, but how tf is the story gonna progress now with such a disgusting horrifying ending to this season? I don’t know I mean I usually am able to handle darker stories and separate fiction from reality, but when I saw he raped Yeonjo my stomach literally sank.. I’m going to have to drop this for my sanity lol.
Okay so I love the story and the tropes but I have a couple problems with it.
1. I wish their first time was more lovey dovey rather than the seme basically claiming ownership over him. But the uke wasn't like begging him to stop or anything like usual in BL so it's more of a personal preference of how I wanted it to go rather than a complaint.
2. I do wish the uke looked and acted older. He looks 13 and acts maybe 16. I know it's not uncommon in BL but it does put me off, especially when they have sex. The size gap would be 100% fine if he didn't look like a child lol
3. Was loving the side couple till it was revealed he was a literal minor. Could've easily made him 18 and there would be no problem with the age gap.
These things are typically in BL so I'm not to worked up over it, I just change it in my mind if I can. It's a really good story, a little fast but it's very much a historical fantasy story so not bothered by the fast develop of their relationship. There's not really a plot or I guess story? Would have loved more background on the uke's family and his powers, aswell as more information on what the seme does in his job. This would make a good long manhwa tbh. But it was definitely a fun cute read ignoring the slight twist in morals lol I hope there's more, I would love to see the kids all grown up! Especially Piaget lol
