When a rating is high in a manga/webtoon it means many people are enjoying it and the voting is high due to that, he didn't rape him in the anime from what I remember. The manga is kind of fucked up (￣∇￣")
Yeah like I understand that for sure people like what they like. And maybe it's got a good storyline, I didn't stay around to find out. Plus SA/rape is such a common theme in BL unfortunately, so people are desensitized from it. But I'm really surprised that this is rated so high when it was such blatant SA AND the uke admitted it was SA. If it was more casual SA that you normally see in BL where it's glossed over and not really addressed but has a good story line or a really good redemption arc, I could understand the high rating. It's just I've seen so many BL get rated much lower for much less haha maybe its because it was so blatant and not sugar-coated it's rated high? I know I'd rather the SA be more blatant so I don't have to feel conflicted about whether or not a story is worth the read lol
