Well I think it depends on the author, I read a book were the seme just soaked in a warm bath with the uke when he was given estrus inducing drugs. The uke was given a type of tea that mellowed him down for the night and by the next day he was fine. As for IRL, you gotta let it take its effect (unless OD you gotta act) because having a downer after a upper WILL stop your heart.
