I honestly don't think there is anything wrong with her reaction. For someone who transmigrated into a novel (or was it a game?), she's adapted surprisingly well and she's been strong for a while now. The unknown always scares people, no matter she be the queen or a commoner. Now what she knew, the one thing she could hold on to has slipped away. Reality just hit her that anything could happen. Just because she's a queen doesn't mean she isn't allowed to break down, it's not like she shelved her feelings. I'm sure when she picks up the pieces, she'll come back stronger.
