Not true lol, chapter 9 is already released. In March the last chapter comes out, which will be chapter 10. However the scanlation team buys the raws digitally which come out already 1 month late, so we will have to wait a while until the chapter gets + gets translated.
I hope that the promise he made with his father is legitimate and not something stupid used to drag out the plot...

When the story was at chapter 20, I thought that it'd probably end around chapter 50. At chapter 50 I figured that it might reach 100 chapters. The raws are now at chapter 175 and there doesn't seem to be any end it sight.

What if Beatrice was the one trying to kill her this whole time? Jake And Francis were supposed to turn Rae into someone but we were never given the details of who? As of right now everything we know about Beatrice is a lie. Which is weird because she is the mc of the original story and all details we have about her comes from that book.

But she was supposed to be in school before Rae dies. In the original story Beatrice leaves school to find out who killed Rae. However, according to the current timeline Beatrice never attended that academy(unless she used another) which betrays the original story.
