how am i supposed to move on with life after reading this oml they’re so so so cute
I LOVE this story, the plot, the characters,the plot twists and thriller, the art, it’s such a unique story with a unique concept that i wish i could read again for the first time. However, oh my god, this story could have been so much better had some of the characters been more thoroughly explored, like ray, don, gilda, Yuugo, Mujika(musica), and so many other characters. Don’t get me wrong, they had wonderful development and background stories, but i feel like they could’ve had more depth. There was a lot of background stories on a lot of characters, like Isabella, Krone, Peter, Lucas, and more but characters like Minerva and the others could’ve gotten a more detailed background story. Despite all of what I just said, not many stories go into depth like this, and this story would’ve just been dragging on if it was too detailed and focused on character stories, so Km just gonna let it be.
Additionally, like some other comments said, I wish the demon’s perspective of the story was explored more after the new promise. For example, how there society would develop, how Musica would rule, how the destruction of the plants would go about, and so on. It’s not one of my biggest complaints, but it’d be so fun to see all of that. And maybe possibly there would be a future in which the two races could coexist.
One of my biggest irks about this story is that the ending was just so incredibly rushed, and in my opinion, quite disappointing. Her memory being taken away was such a random plot twist, and the fact that they met each other anyways, makes it feel to me that the author could’ve done something different with that. By the time I was on chapter 181, I was like that’s it? It just ends like that? And right before Peter Ratri had died, he was saying stuff about how human society is no good either and whatnot, so I assumed we would be able to see the world in the eyes of the humans. There could’ve been so many instances that I’d love to see, like their dynamic with this new environment, as well as how they’d continue their relationship with the demon’s kingdom/world.
Over all, despite all these complaints I have, this story is REALLY REALLY good, and i love it so much, but I just had wished the author put in a little more work into the later part of the story, considering the escaping from grace field arc was so thrilling and fun to read. Nonetheless, this story will always be a 5 star for me.

i love how it’s like a traditional story of a blonde blue eyes hero who’s talented at the sword, these days villains are a lot more popular and so i haven’t read a story like this in a while

Right! I loved the villain stuff at first but it's become tropey and way too common. I appeciate that the MC, while a good guy, is not conventionaly mindlessly self-sacrificing like in older stories. He's complex with a very clear influence on his behavior and personality from growing up in the slums. He's not looking to save the world, that's to big for a slum kid but he wants to do what feels right to him and take care of his own.
yes i totally agree and he has actual genuine emotions and feelings, when other mcs tend to be an empty shell, so i love seeing him in shock when he visits the nobles and the castles. and he doesn’t have a humongous cheat, and seeing him develop his own monstrous talent is so fun and makes this story really nice
