I love the author for taking on such complex human emotions and trying to portray it from all different sides. This is so sad... the poor kid... he loves his mom but also hates everything he went through because of her direct actions. I think he knows that his mom is trying to do better now but he is frustrated because when he needed her she wasn't there for him and now that he has turned into a semi-adult who can take care of himself, his mom is trying to mend their relationship... without a lot of success. Human relationships are so complex and I love that I am able to see that in this story.

I am frustrated to no end and I want to cry for him and his mom but I will stick to this story and support it to the end! ╥﹏╥

What is up with ariel? what is happening? she jealous of ML? FL? doesn't she love the blond dude?

I think the female lead is completely justified in her actions.
When they were alone in the forest, she had 2 options: 1. Die at the hands of those creatures or 2. Put her faith in the one guy who treated her with any sort of decency compared to the rapists that she was trying to escape from. （￣へ￣）
IT WAS FOR SURVIVAL! She was running on adrenaline and her survival instincts.

She is in a town now and she has other options like RUNNING AWAY instead of being forced to use her body!!! I think she is the perfect example of a STRONG FEMALE LEAD! Just because we as readers know that the guy is not a scumbag does not mean that she does... ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

This infuriates me. She is thinking about the next steps, about how to protect herself, how to survive... what more do you people want from our FL? to give up trying and rely solely on a stranger she can't communicate with? to be a damsel in distress? ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

I think it's okay to say that you were not attracted to someone because they are of a different gender. I have amazing girlfriends with beautiful personalities and if I was a boy, who knows, I would probably be attracted to them but I know that I like boys. Is that wrong to say? No it isn't. If I was bi or gay or on any spectrum of the LGBTQ+ I would still have the right to say who I am attracted to.

There are loads of people with amazing personalities but in relationships (I hope you know which kind I am talking about) you also need to be sexually attracted to make things work. (〜￣△￣)〜. Because otherwise... isn't that just friendship?

Her brother is worried about her... He knows what she went through before (with the baby and everything) and he was helpless and couldn't interfere because of politics and everything. He is trying to look out for her since he asked her if she liked her husband cuz if my sister was as miserable as her with her husband, I would encourage them to divorce as well... Not to mention that they already lost their older sister, I can totally understand why he is even more protective of her now.
