I've been biting my tongue for a while because I do believe knowing the background story was important, but it actually is starting to really drag now. I liked Brian in the beginning, but he's becoming more and more frustrating. I'm not a fan of people who act like the weight of the world rests on their shoulders alone, and refuse getting help even when it's right next to them!! sometimes being overly righteous is a problem and does more harm than good! From my perspective, I almost find it selfish the way he acts and makes decisions. I feel like something bad is about to happen and I really hate to be like "you brought this on yourself" when it does!
