while I feel like the writer had a decent idea and the message is good.. it was so poorly executed. Uke is annoying as fck!! and how did ml go from hating his guts to falling in love with him?!? made absolutely no sense. There was really not much to like about him tbh, especially given how he was treating the ml. His fears and insecurities were valid, but his character was not likeable!
True.. How did Mikado really end up falling for Misaki? Maybe if he noticed his vulnerabilities.. But it wasn't until later that Misaki actually opened up so when did he actually fell for him? We just see him getting interested in his superior after their first night stand but don't see much of Mikado's pov about Misaki other than him thinking that he probably goes out with guys.
the audacity to check his ass to make sure no one did anything to him?? when he is the one who took advantage of him when drunk, assaulted him again im school and on the train, and blackmailed him into accepting his feelings?!? What he did to Masaki is no different than what the nurse was trying to do (and I don't even think he was actually gonna go through wit it. he was just messing with them). Masaki even said to Sohta "YOU DID THE SAME THING" so yes this whole story is nonsense. Masaki is a poor excuse of an adult for allowing a literal teenager lead him by the nose. Where was this "I will resign" energy when Sohta was blackmailing him?? but now you can't get hard for anyone else except him? At least the nurse is an actual adult, and didn't r*pe him when he fell asleep in his house, which is more than can be said about the horny sex offender Sohta

ml's behavior is unfortunately a common theme in yaoi.. but it's interesting to see how sometimes people do call it out for being creepy and unacceptable, but then some other times no one seems to notice?! it's just an observation I've made based on comments under different stories
at this point the author is just doing it on purpose and it's so fcking unnecessary. They could have talked and cleared it up chapters ago... now I'm irritated because I really was enjoying it before
something about this development and their dialogues makes me... idk.. kinda uncomfortable?! I genuinely tried to like their relationship but something about Taeseok still doesn't sit right with me. There's nothing wrong with courting someone you like, but I feel like he exhibits more of an obsessed/infatuated behavior rather than genuine affection.
I really would have enjoyed this story more if Dojun had given proper consent when they first had sex. but the way this went down he basically wasn't given a choice and had to be the bottom. He was coerced despite obvious signs of discomfort which Taeseok blatantly ignored and just had his way with him. And during their second time, when he touched Dojun's dick and went, "but you won't get to use it with me" it kinda pissed me off. and then to look all glum and hesitant at the mere thought of himself being the bottom? idk.. the way he talks.. he exhibits some sort of weird complex or sense of superiority and dominance over Dojun that I don't like. I also don't feel any respect towards Dojun in his behavior, and he comes off selfish and inconsiderate overall. I find it distasteful how he whines and basically manipulates Dojun into catering to his every whim. I feel like Dojun deserves a more gentle, tender, and genuine love than this But let's see where this goes... I could be speaking too soon and there may be better developments in the future.
also I'm aware there are way worse semes out there, but I'm not speaking in comparison right now.
