Some of y’all in the comments are.... please seek help. It’s normal for people to feel put off by the contents of this story and they should be able to voice that opinion. Honestly I’m only reading this story now in hopes that NK comes out in superior in the end and in charge of his own life. Also maybe for Yoons past because I want to know what made him crazy *spoilers* NK seems to have run away in the recent chapters and I cried I was so happy. He needs a break.

But they clearly alluded to a reason why he became a little crazed with a temperamental attitude. They mentioned something about his father humiliating him by cutting his hair or something like that so he has had something to him in the past. I’m not saying that he *has* to have a sad backstory and I’m also not saying a sad backstory excuses his behavior. Clearly his environment lends to his behavior as we see that red head (suddenly can’t remember his name) also treats NK like shit but yoon seems to have something else going on.

Please I need NK to run away or something because between InHun and SeungHo he’s surrounded by crazies that want to use him. It’s interesting how SH’s obsession with the painter’s paintings turned in to obsession with the painter himself. That asshole was really shocked at NK not returning his advances (r*pe). Madness pure madness. And now he’s threatening to kill IH and he’s crazy enough to do it.
I really hope the artist continues with this work. I used to buy it on Lezhin but due to leaving work I had to save money where I could so reading it on mangago was my only option. I would really hate to see it go but it’s up to the artist since this is their work and probably their primary source of income.
Could you please share how much is the cost for a manga? Do you pay for each chapter or for the overall work? I'm driven to make money to buy a ''copy'' (even though, boy, there should be other pressing matters on top of the list), so that I can pay my respect to the author's work, talent & great immersive story.
you go on lezhin, spend about $5US dollars you can get about 20 coins and each manga is worth like 3 coins. Thats like 7 comics for $5. Personally, I have been purchasing this manga on Lezhin as it releases early and the quality is pretty good.
Relatively, its inexpensive. This is updated once a week and I get paid every 2 weeks. So its not bad. (● ̄(エ) ̄●)
Can you give me the link to the English side? I can never get to it.

Oh.my.god. That's dirt cheap, I was expecting a whole lot more!
There should be a patreon or something, fudge.
Ok.
Thank you for your answer! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Follow-up question: in the case of on-going mangas, do you pay once for it all or are there sub-divisions of coins? Since there'd be aprox. 3 coins per manga?
You pay the 3 coins per chapter. So when a new chapter comes out you use up 3 coins. If the manga is already completed then you can pay one lump sum to get all the chapter. There’s also a monthly subscription where you can pay a monthly fee for a set amount of coins a month.
Thank you for clearing it up for me (●'◡'●)ノ
So *rolls sleeves*: what we've watched so far would be (33 chapters * 3 coins)/20 coins a month = 4,95 * 5 dollars = we've watched the worth of 24,75 dolars... which I still think is so little, when we think about the quality of the drawing, of the story telling and of its psychological power. The sheer suspense, the character development, how the scenes are cut as if you're in a movie, the elegance of narrative ''negative spaces'' - this, for me, makes this special creation stand out. But anyway, coming back to the drawing board.
Consider that this sum would have been payed in about 8 months. EIGHT. MONTHS! That puts the numbers so low that it feels like the author is being payed bread crumbs. Speaking of, in my country's currency, a coin would be the equivalent to... a loaf of bread. So 4 loafs of bread per month (since that's the release rhythm, as I've understood it), per author. Now that's... petty.
What could make it ''enough'' or even ''too much'' would be the fact that we, as readers, are spoiled by the vast universe of ready to, well, illegally consume aaaaall types of mangas, released almost in real time. So we're spoiled by greed. When you have a fixed sum per month to pay for this type of entertainment, though, you appreciate quality much more, you develop a pallete, become a critic and niche your preferences, since now wastefulness costs. That's if, you don't dip your restless lil' fingers in grey sites, again, since it's so easy to overlook what we don't like... (<=me, trying to understand human inner workings)
Anyway. Toss some coins to your Byeonduck. Help Na-kyum get some fever medicine :D
And thank you for coming to my TedTalk.
*bows, stumbles on the edge of the carpet, catches microphone in the fall:* Also, peeking bad, honour good, bread! bread! I mean... coins! for the authors! *gets tomato red and creeps out of the room, speedily*
Yep. I follow I few manga or comics on tapas, web toons. So evidently I'm paying $10-15 a month to support authors. I read on here but once I see that it has been licensed, I drop them. I guess that's how I cope
(●'◡'●)ノ good on you, bravo! I hope to do so too in the near future, starting with my first paycheck, fingers crossed :D
Have a great day and great reads
