Why wouldn't it be healthy? I'm sure it'd work out if they talk things out besides who cares if their parents would remarried or not. They are not blood related and it's not like they're going to live with their parents as siblings.
The main problem is the country they live in. In Korea, the family, blood-related or not, it´s a very big deal. If it were in my country you could marry whoever the f..k you want...

MC and ML was childhood friends but drifted apart bc of some issues that happened when they were young (it wasn't fully revealed yet) So now MC was working for a celebrity as a manager but caught him having relations with the ML. Now ML found out it was MC and forced him to resign and work under him (he basically stole MC) he agreed to protect the previous celebrity's image. Now the two is reminiscing the past.
