I had extremely low expectations, oops-

This story was wayy better than what I thought of it, by now I should stop judging a story by its artstyle lol.
I had a feeling it'd be your average yaoi with toxic seme and stupid uke (he was) but it wasn't and was actually good.
The part where he was set up irritated the hell out of me but then the twists in when the one who set him up was confronted satisfied me just as much!
The way they communicate and actually question their feelings and the reasoning behind them rather than just going with it was pretty amazing and I need to see this in more manhwas.
The art could do better but the story was good enough, pacing was pretty off in the development of their relationship, too fast but okay.
6/10.

What yall think about the love is an illusion side story?
I just hope Fargo doesn't catch Mingwa's curse of "better art shittier plot" lol. The story seems promising plus its alpha x Alpha so yay to that. Can't really say much with just the first chapter but I do have a feeling it'll be good. As for their previous works, I ate them up cause those were one of my first bls but only now do I realise how bad......

Stories adopted by novels do these tropes the best, majority of the time, so I usually go with them without any hesitation. If it's written by the artist too then it has very low chances comparatively, of actually being good, cause I feel like artists for starters aren't familiar with writing obviously, so they put too much focus on to continuing ......
