Soooo I think Sohwa is pretending to have amnesia it's so obvious, the guy loved Miha since the beginning but he couldn't express his love or doesn't know how to do it because it's not his nature, and now he's faking the amnesia so he can do and say the things his stubborn and maybe shy self couldn't do in the past.

I was thinking the same. Because of hints like his actions and knowing things. But we were wrong. He is not faking... I think he keeps it up after he regains his memories, at least with Rihan he does. It would has been better and more understandable if he was faking since the beginning....
So I really think Sooha and chef Calix are soulmates, Sooha is always aroused whenever chef Calix is around, have fantasies and wet dreams about the chef almost all the time, and he said in the first chapter that he's not into guys but when those dreams first started it was simply he and the chef looking at each other, and I think the same think is happening to the chef but we didn't see he side of the story yet.
About the imprints?: the other chef with the long hair has his imprint with Sooha's name initials and Sooha's imprint has the long haired chef name's initials and here where the confusion started and it could be just a coincidence, those initials could be for some other names like YSH could be an initial for Yoon SoHyun ! for example ? also the imprint initials on the long haired chef are YSH which are the same initials for Yoo Sa-Hyun too, so I think Sahyun is the long haired chef's soulmate (his name is Go HanBin by the way, GHB the same initials on Sooha's imprint) so I'm waiting to see Sahyun imprint.
as for chef Calix we didn't see his imprint yet, and since I said he and Sooha are soulmates his imprint would naturally be YSH but his name is Calix Elle Ward :)
so my guess is chef calix is using a western name but his real name could be Korean since his mother is Korean (maybe he followed his mother's name not his American father)
also there is a panel in chapter 6 where the chef seemed to be revealed after he saw Sooha's imprint.
OK, now Takeru and Daiki please dall in love with each other and let this story turn into yaoi.
