I understand your protest and I won't ask you to change your rate, I just want to share my opinion. I think it's not just about he act like a victim despite also being a murderer. Let's try to see the vampire's or demon's perspective, they kill because they need it, they can't live without human blood or soul. Yes from human view they deserve to die, but at the same time you can't expect them to just starve or let human kill them.
On the other hand, human can kill just because they want to even though they don't gain anything from it. So I guess the point is human can be even more cruel than anything else.
