Mind you this is just concept art of an adult m2 that is scrapped in the main story and is now shown as a bonus. So it’s highly definite that the m2 we see in the main story will stay as a child. M2 (as in the adult) was originally going to be apart of the main story and wasn’t going to be depicted as a child.
