That's after a year, not a month. Starvation diets for short term weight loss almost never keep the pounds off permanently. Losing weight slowly, as you did, over a period of time is more sustainable. By the way, congrats on the success!

Calories in vs calories out isn't a starvation diet. I agree with the thing about the time frame, that is a huge issue. 0.5-1kg per week is the safe range. The MC proably lost like 5+ kg per week :/
