I believe that diary was what Sungho wrote in high school about Doyun. But in the warehouse, Doyun found the dairy and ripped out the pages. I guess Sungho wanted to reread the contents of the diary to console himself but was devastated to find the diary was empty
Doyun never wrote anything in the diary. He just read the content and was like shocked to see how Sungho felt about him when both of them were in high school. That's why Doyun ripped out the pages in the diary because he couldn't believe Sungho had once thought about Doyun that way and now Sungho is basically holding him captive. So Doyun was angry. Hope that makes sense
