I really just want it to stay focused on the main story and save the side couple for side stories. But that’s okay. It’s not a bad thing at all, I actually like how it’s in the story alternating between main and side but still, at such important moments in the story, imma need it to stay on the main.

Sometimes it can be a good thing like last chapter where they talked about Inwoo as the panel shifted to his side but like you said (and I actually also commented somewhere below), at such important times, I need a focus on the main couple.
I get having Jiho's ex-friend in his side of the story since they were closely tied but for Inwoo and his mom, I think the support of his bf is all we need to see.
Sometimes it can disrupt the flow of the story especially when it's about healing trauma of a person. This author handles it so well tho! Both pacing and story.

just no words for this season, actually I lied I’ve got plenty of words. The suicide to murder plot, good. The reveal of the killer, oooo, unexpected by me. So nice. The relationship, . Basically the murder mystery is interesting, it’s just the relationships that’s throwing it off.

You don't need to worry about that. From how I understood the story, his cousin is the only family member that treats him nicely, so he has a massive attachment towards her. Her getting married means no longer living in the same house, etc
Although I could be mistaking this for something else, it's been a while. Again, dw bout that, he switches over to Lee pretty quickly in the story, I don't remember anything weird from this apart from Yuri's obsessive tendencies
