I agree with you. I think the biggest reason Natori is struggling now is because not only was he tricked into seeing Seo working live, but he wasn't expecting it! If he had been prepared for it and knew what he would be seeing, that would be totally different. But this came completely out of the blue for him. Of course it would be a shock to suddenly see it happening live.
I also hope Seo doesn't quit, but I also think Seo really needs to start trusting Natori more and taking his feelings into consideration by communicating better instead of just getting upset with him all the time.
