Nah he's not. At some point they discuss it on the roof and they realise that while Kirino uses female pronouns and hates his masculine body, Mishima doesn't and has never thought about wanting to be a woman, he just likes men and wearing make-up.

Well kirino is still a 'he' not she, he's not a woman. He wanted to be woman tho. And I think he did find his happiness, maybe not the one he dreamed about when he was young but the one he thought would be much easier to achieve without ruining his mother's. Nd I think kirino nd Mishima needed each other as 'friends', nd not anything else. I just wish Mishima nd kirino could've stayed in contact nd I hoped that kirino's mom could one day accept her son as he truly is nd get over it but ig that was too much to ask of her.

Honestly I don't think he'll care much. First of all the official reason behind the rape was that Tatsuyuki needed to pay for his mistake. So I think Akitora will take it as such.

Yes, she's super cool. Yes, Akitora is cheating on her and it sucks. But she also knowingly married a yakuza. That means she chose to condone anything he might do including typical yazuka activities such extortion, torture, physical violence, rape, murder. She also knows that in yakuza culture, men aren't faithful. In fact it seems that before Rogi, Akitora wasn't sleeping around with prostitutes which means he was pretty faithful to her all things considered.
So yeah Rogi and Akitora are trash but let's not act like she's some innocent maiden either.
