Yeahhhh, and like misa’s first kill would’ve been the murderer of her parents. And she then continues to use the death note like how light did in the original, to get rid of all of the people she deems evil in the world. And then light would still have a god complex, but in a sense of he’s enamored by god-like existences and that’s why he’s infatuated with Misa/new Kira. And then Misa would let him be near her so she can use him because his dad is part of the team investigating her, so she can get inside info about the investigation. And like, light is still pretty smart in this version(Misa was also smart since she was able to find light in the original if you think about it, even if she had the shinigami eyes) and he knows he’s being used but that makes him fall for her more or something
