So still water is just stagnant water - water that hasn't been moving. sometimes it blends in with the environment and there's usually a lot of muck, dirt and bacteria in it.(Google explanation btw) And the joke is that ppl make cringe edits abt ppl finding still water and adding "those who know" at the end (I'm sorry I'm bad at explaining )
