The story ended abruptly at 40 chapters.. no conclusion no happy ending not even a single understanding of what’s happening. The last scene is the king just going down on a random palace maid lol. On the other hand the FL is seen being soothed by the younger bro (the kind and gentle one). He also vows to become king for her lol. They have snu snu and they comfort each other. Then it ends as the king is going down on the maid lol. No explanation nothing. I think it got axed :(
He’s still designating her as a slave and hasn’t even bothered to apologize or explain his feelings/actions.. just a pity party and being nonchalant
Whilst when he was hurting he threw out every insult he could think of against her.. the writer pisses me off.. how can this man be King.. the kingdom is going to go into ruin

And the reasoning he chose his career path.. that’s why in the earlier chapters he was hesitant to tell the MC why he became so interested in him.. imagine your crush telling u the whole reason I joined acting is to share a passion with you
Also I teared up when the MC corrected him on what the ML meant to him that he isn’t just a substitute for the shitty brother and that he feels good and confident about himself when he’s with you
I also loved the moment when Kwonlim accepted and confirmed his fears about being outed and how stressing and over analyzing can cause gridlock and u not to see the bigger picture but then he also gently told him that his viewpoint wasn’t wrong but that it might not suit him at that point in time
I really enjoyed this work!! Even if it was short it was so sweet and succinct
When her sister chastised her for getting pregnant by the ML? And basically then judging her for having a miscarriage.. damn what a double whammy
