No matter if they died together, I believe it will be a happy ending bcoz they'll have no regrets at the end.

I dunno what to tell you. From the previous story, you should know the author don't care about any morality compass so we're in for ANYTHING. She could hit us with cheating and poly. I'd say pick another book or hang on and be surprised
