mc lowkey has a traumatic childhood. father cheats on the mother but is a coward. mother drinks to cope. mother doesn’t like the mc because the mc reminds her of his father (both like to “pretend” to be good people, and by good people i’m referring to the mc doing stuff like picking up litter from the ground and offering to help people and stuff like that) and she yells at the mc and stuff. she’s only nice to the mc when she’s drunk so as a kid mc would give her alcohol and eventually she becomes an alcoholic. mc takes after her and is a secret alcoholic as well.
their whole family is a mess and in debt so mc works at a hostbar although he wants to eventually join the police. ml owns the hostbar but he also sells drugs on the dl. he smuggles drugs by shoving them up the host’s ass lmao. anyway idk why the ml is in this business considering his family is already rich but whatever. ml sees mc do the “good” stuff and is interested in him. but the ml is literally like a kid pulling at the pigtails of the person he likes so he just starts to bother the mc (hes an asshole but he’s also really funny about it idk lol). eventually he coerces the mc into sucking his dick and later having sex with him (which is kind of funny in hindsight because he ejaculates immediately after he puts it in and is super embarrassed about it)
you would think the ml would pay the mc for sex but he refuses to lmfao, mf gives the mc like 80 bucks usd and acts like he gave him a million dollars. it’s really annoying at first but later you realize he doesn’t want to be the mc’s sponsor he wants to be his boyfriend but paying him would mean their relationship is only transactional.
eventually the mc turns the tables on him in the funniest confrontation ever. the mc is being a host with one of his regulars, ml busts in, the regular implies that the mc and them have had sex, the ml starts throwing a tantrum and whining about the mc said he was his first. and then the mc says ‘i think you have feelings for me’ and the ml is like ‘fuck that noise’ and the mc is like ‘okay then let’s stop having sex and hanging out’ and the ml is like ‘i’m gonna sue you’ and the mc is like ‘bet’ and then the ml is like ‘fuck you im never going to let you go’ and the mc is like ‘if you want me to stay pay off my debt’ and the ml is like ‘….okay’ so basically the mc dog walks him LOL
anyway the mc does fall for the ml because he appreciates the ml for being super direct and later when his mom is in trouble the ml is there for him completely judgement free and it’s also like super fucking obvious the ml is heads over heels for him and then they start actually dating and things are happy for them, but that’s only until the end of part one. part two is when shit hits the fan.
in part one there’s this subplot about the mc’s friend on the police force and his host friend at the bar who was sent to be a drug mule by the ml. the mc’s host friend goes missing and he starts to suspect the ml. meanwhile the ml is full on denial mode. and then when the mc is like… do you deal drugs… the ml panics and tries to keep the mc from leaving by supplying him with alcohol (like the mc did to his mom). but eventually the mc escapes (after giving the ml multiple chances to come clean and be honest with him) and goes to work in a factory.
the ml reacts like a teenager during a breakup lmfaooo he shuts himself in his room and starts crying (it’s so fucking funny one time he starts crying in front of all his subordinates and they all start freaking out) and eventually finds the mc but gives him space and just… follows him around in his car. it’s so obvious that the mc eventually tries to confront him but the ml fucking drives away hahahahah. when they finally talk face to face the ml apologies and the mc walks away…. but in the end the mc has issues with his family and the ml is once again there for him and worms his way into his heart and they have a happily ever after (well. mostly. there’s drama in the side stories but that resolved well too heheheee)

I relate to Yun-oh cuz it’s hard to tell what you feel especially after bottling up your emotions and feelings for this long ( + lowkey having no social skills ).
