Like, literally, the kids are avatars of us readers, mooning over Seth and staring at him like dumbtruck, lovestruck idiots. (≧∀≦) Those kids are representing us inside the story
It's so weird how the way the characters' hands are drawn here both repels and appeals to me.
This one's a bit of a headache, too many different heavy plot-twisting clichés overlapping together to happen to one single protagonist, but without even being connected to one another: secret hidden past, amnesia (but not related to secret hidden past), time-travel (but not related to amnesia nor to hidden past). It's too densely packed with coincidences
Gosh, that "human" sibling of hers is such a big cannon fodder... Might has well have a target stuck to his back: "please use me for target practice"
Girl, the emperor is a piece of work beyond your mom's "betrayal"... The more I learn the more I'm starting to think your "sinner" mom might have actually been the more sane one
I bet he kidnapped her Mom, and she was ready pregnant
"Hate you if you give up on me, hate you too if you don't..." Dear ML, dude, it's one thing to do stupid things bc you're inlove, and another to have these drastic mood swings... And the mc's one of those people still willing to follow someone's rollercoaster pace, so OF COURSE you'd come to like him. But, pick ONE mood already... or take your meds, or sth.
Chloe is starting to sound Mary Sue-ish... The 12-year-old baby cousin is smarter indeed.
I mean, even some random wizard woman stops to say "I don't like anyone, but I like this woman." Ok, author. We geeeeeet it already. "Chloe is so lovable, that everyone just looooves Chloe"... No need to keep heavily-handedly pushing the message down us readers' throats. It's starting to get irritating.
I mean, she is kinda nice? I kinda like her, putting aside her weirdly shaped face.
