I don't really get this creep old man's & Sunkyung's reason to choose (og) Sera in particular as their target. Aside from the level of obsession, WTF is it her in particular?

Poor Divine Sword-Nim, now in the enemy's hands. Guys, please, rescue it!! T_T

I guess this means it's Lucian's time to shine? He's the Master of Divine Sword-Nim, and thus probably the only one that can rescue Divine Sword-Nim, right now. ...Save it from getting completely corrupted. Sword-Nim is one of the 3 treasures that can beat dark magic. So if Sword-Nim gets corrupted, that makes it 2 of the 3 that will be already gone.

OMG such eventful couple of chapters!

Thank heavens she left. Girl, thank you for leaving, sparing us readers from having to witness more scenes with your horrible sister and parents.

It's very likely at this point that the evil older sister uses some kind of dark magic to brainwash their parents as well as the men she uses as "lovers", which is symbolized by the butterflies (and given dead away by how he reacts whenever her magic doesn't work on someone). I ...But still, hard to forgive the parents for yielding to it, when other people like her grandma managed to resist it, let alone after how the mc's parents helped her evil "older sister" sell her off as a friggin slave for money, in the past life... PLEASE GRANDMA DISOWN YOUR GOOD-FOR-NOTHING SON AND HIS SO-CALLED "ELDEST DAUGHTER"!!!

And, now that I'm mentioning this, I'm also starting to doubt whether that nasty blonde's even the family's real bio daughter, because she doesn't look like any of them at all (and if she's aware, might be the reason why she's so inclined to hate and criminally hurt her own alleged "younger sister", on whom her nasty brainwash magic doesn't seem to work, either).

...Some dialogue lines are so heavy-handed it makes me shudder.
Still, this is a lot better than other manga I've read (that STELLAR moment where she grabbed the murdering "sister" by the neck, and put her in her place, for example).
Will keep an eye open for this one.

She's probably angry at all that *needlessly perverted* veiled stuff you said to her, as an engaged woman (and trying to get away with it by using racy, almost rancy "gardener metaphors" that you *thought* she wouldn't catch onto... about "flowers blooming best at night", and about "flower buds being *opened* with careful touch"... Eeeeww, so disgusting of you to say that to someone on your 1st meeting, ever!)

Her maiden name is "Fleur" and, and as an avid reader, she must have ended up catching on, in the end, what he was *really* saying, under all that "poetry"...

(And really, I'd recommend he watch the flower segment in Pink Floyd's movie "The Wall"... I bet *THAT* would cure him from trying to use *flowers* as metaphors for veiled sexually-harassing comments to anyone, ever again... He's clearly a disrespectful, patronizing creep, so he's one dude that really does deserve the lesson, of getting disturbed by it..)
