If it's true does seme looks for similarity from the one he kissed from high school because he looks like the guy uke is managing. Then does he really like the uke?

He doesn't have a choice. I would marry him if it's for the sake of my child. If he didn't change after some years and my child's health become stable then maybe we can run away. He'll definitely looked for them but he have to try than stay out of a hell of a marriage.
