Pretty sure she's still in love with him. In the first chapter when mc was like "why aren't you with your new bf, you should be with him" blablabla, there was a panel where you could only see her mouth, but it feels like it was a disappointed reaction.

It's much better that the trauma was brought up early so they can fix it, so it's expected that this will come up in here, so please let the author do her work, let the story progress, let the characters have their own uniqueness, it's not like everything will go just as you imagine.
